I’m Dr. Yemisi, a researcher, gender-based violence expert, and advocate for racial and gender justice. My work sits at the intersection of gender, race, and coloniality, exploring how systemic inequalities shape the lives of marginalized communities. With a background in law and criminology, I bring both academic expertise and real-world engagement to my research, teaching, and advocacy.
As an educator and the founder of Progressive Dialogue International, I’m committed to challenging injustice and driving meaningful change. I hold dual nationality from Nigeria and the United Kingdom and currently live in London.
